I am a professor at one of the UMS institutions (BSU), and have over 600 economic journals and about 3000 text books in applied statistics, calculus, quantitate analysis that are packaged and ready to go. I like to donate the books and journals to Wolkete and Debre Berhan universities, the two youngest inst of higher studies. I already contacted an administrator at DBU. Please advise me if Wolkete and DBU are interested in this offer. Also, please advise me who to contact with when I vist your institution in December/January. I plan to spend weeks in my native, Ethiopia and gather information on how cost-effectively i can help/support the education of young Ethiopians. See attached on a recent study abroad program I coordinated. In collaboration with ENAHPA, I also coordinated and donation over 35,000 text books to AA, Gondar and Hawassa Universities in 2005/06.
